Obituary for Daniel T. Sadlon

Daniel T. Sadlon formerly of Hillside, Clark and Warren, NJ went home to his savior with his loving children by his side, after a long battle with dementia, on Friday, June 9,2017 at Pruitt Health in Harrisburg, NC.

He was born in Mary D, PA on December 23, 1937 to Stephan and Maria Ocenas Sadlon. As a young child, the family moved to Hillside, NJ where he graduated high school and learned the trade of steamfitter/pipefitter.

He belonged to Steamfitters/Pipefitters Local #475 and was a faithful member of Zion Lutheran Church in Clark, NJ.

He was predeceased by his parents, brothers Stephen, Michael, Andrew, John and Lawrence; sisters Ann Garrabrants, Mary Lynch, Margaret Konecnic and Irene Sadlon.

Dan will be greatly missed by his surviving, loving children, Randy and Sue Sadlon, Margie and Mark Crook and Lisa and Rick Messina; cherished grandchildren Sean & Nicholas Mathis, Naomi Sadlon and Anthony & Craig Messina; a sister Martha and husband Andy Kodila and sisters-in-law Colleen Sadlon and Gail Sadlon and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be on Thursday, June 22, 2017 as follows;

10:00 AM - Interment Hollywood Memorial Park
1500 Stuyvesant Ave.

11:00 AM - Memorial Service Zion Lutheran Church
