Mrs. Scharwat, of Charlotte, passed peacefully on Sunday May 2, 2010 with her daughters, Connie Love and Paulla Via at her side. She was born July 27, 1924, in Santa, Idaho. Her hobbies included camping, boating, and geneology, and she was very involved with her children in Girl Scouting and Boy Scouting and Job’s Daughters in Spokane WA. Waiting for her in Heaven are her husband Harold and son Dean. In addition to her daughters, she is survived and so loved by her grandchildren and their spouses, Shawn and Regina Love, Charlotte, NC Adam and Tracy Love, Kannapolis, NC , Jonathan and Laura Via, Marietta, GA, and Taeya and Jason Howell, and great granddaughters Amelia and Aliza Howell, Austin, TX. A service to celebrate her life will be held at 1:00pm Saturday May 8, 2010, at Avondale Presbyterian Church. The family will receive friends following the service. Although we only got to hold your hand for a short time, we will hold your heart forever. J.B. Tallent Funeral Service is assisting the family. |
