James “Jim” E. Taylor of Charlotte, NC, passed away at his home Saturday February 14, 2009.
He started his career in the food industry while still attending high school. Jim was incredibly passionate throughout his career for the food industry, his co-workers, friends and everyone that he met.
Jim is survived by his wife, Pauline, her daughter Lynn, husband Brent Long, granddaughters, Meagan and Madison, his sister Lynn, her husband James Beach, niece Tracy and husband Matt Pannell, and great niece Jordan.

A service to remember the life of Jim will be held Saturday February 21, 2009 at 1:00 at the Gateway Baptist Church, 6321 W. Robinson Church Road, Charlotte, NC 28215. Service will be officiated by the Reverend Hugh Foy. The family will receive friends following the service.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that you give to your favorite charity.
